Archana is the offering of Coconut, Banana, Betel leaf along with areca nut to the Gods. During the pooja, the priests chants both Vedic and Tantric mantras to bless the devotee. The priests offers the prasadam to the devotee once the pooja has been completed. Prasadam in this case refers to a material object that attains a divine quality as part of the pooja, and is then consumed by the devotee as a form of blessing that is directly internalized.
